Julian Tabel	2963f16aa4	Add pre-commit hooks for linting and formatting ... Set up pre-commit framework with ruff (backend) and ESLint/Prettier/tsc (frontend) hooks to catch issues locally before CI. Julian Tabel	7f8890086f	Add CI and deploy workflows for Gitea Actions ... CI runs ruff and eslint/tsc on push to develop and PRs.
